MEET OUR 4'S STAFF
Morgan Swier
Morgan will be teaching our 4-year-olds this year. She has taught at Wee Blessings for 10+ years! She had a teaching position in Texas prior to moving to Orange City. Morgan graduated from Northwestern College in 2006 with an elementary education degree and endorsements in both early childhood and reading.

Morgan is married to Dan, the head men's soccer coach at Northwestern, and mom to three young daughters. She enjoys gardening and spending time outside with her family.
​
Morgan brings a wealth of early childhood experience to Wee Blessings as well as a passion for teaching children about God's love and grace in a child-centered environment.
Katie Jeltema
Katie is the aide for our 4-year-olds classroom. Mrs. Jeltema and Mrs. Swier have been working together for a few years now and love working together! She was a para at the Orange City Elementary before working at the preschool.

Katie is married to Jon, who is a regional sales manager for Innovative Oncology Services. They have 3 kids -
Austin who is married to Allison, Luke, and Adyson.

Katie has deep love for Jesus and the children she works with. Her smile and energy is contagious to those she's around.
